On 15 October 2026, business leaders, innovators, investors and decision-makers from Hungary, the United Kingdom and the wider Central and Eastern European region will gather in Budapest for the 5th Hungarian–British Business Forum.
Organised by the Hungarian Export Promotion Agency (HEPA) in cooperation with the Hungarian British Business Alliance (HBBA Global) and the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), the one-day event is designed to strengthen bilateral commercial ties and support companies seeking to enter or expand in the UK market.
The programme will combine expert presentations, a panel discussion and targeted B2B matchmaking with members of the British business delegation. Key topics will include UK market-entry requirements, trade and corporate governance, financing opportunities for SMEs, access to venture capital and investors, and UK supply-chain, sales and distribution structures. Selected companies will also have the opportunity to present a three-minute pitch to an international audience.
Our firm will attend the Forum to engage with businesses operating across the Hungarian and UK markets and to exchange perspectives on the legal and regulatory considerations involved in cross-border trade, investment and market entry.
