\u00d6mer Batuhan Dogan, associat de NZP NAGY LEGAL, va fer una presentaci\u00f3 titulada \u201cEncreuament del proc\u00e9s de codificaci\u00f3 del dret civil en el dret turc i hongar\u00e8s\u201d al 1r Congr\u00e9s Internacional de Dret dels Estats Turcics, organitzat per la Universitat Yeditepe.<\/p>\n

La presentaci\u00f3 va examinar la codificaci\u00f3 del dret civil turc i hongar\u00e8s des d'una perspectiva hist\u00f2rica comparada. Va explorar el desenvolupament del pensament jur\u00eddic turc des del concepte d'\u00c0sia Central de\u00a0T\u00f6re<\/em>\u00a0a l'adopci\u00f3 del Codi Civil su\u00eds, mentre es comparava aquest proc\u00e9s amb el cam\u00ed m\u00e9s llarg d'Hongria cap a la codificaci\u00f3 del dret civil. Es va prestar especial atenci\u00f3 al paper del dret costumari i a la influ\u00e8ncia del dret su\u00eds en el desenvolupament de tots dos sistemes jur\u00eddics.<\/p>\n

El congr\u00e9s de dos dies va reunir alts c\u00e0rrecs, experts jur\u00eddics i acad\u00e8mics dels estats membres i observadors de l'Organitzaci\u00f3 dels Estats Turcs (OET). Les discussions es van centrar en enfortir la cooperaci\u00f3 jur\u00eddica entre els estats turcs i en avan\u00e7ar cap a un marc jur\u00eddic com\u00fa basat en valors compartits i confian\u00e7a m\u00fatua.<\/p>\n

Durant la sessi\u00f3 d'obertura, el senyor Binali Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m, president del Consell d'Ancians de l'OTS, i el senyor \u00d6mer Kocaman, secretari general adjunt de l'OTS, es van adre\u00e7ar als participants.<\/p>\n

It explored the development of Turkish legal thought from the Central Asian concept of T\u00f6re to the reception of the Swiss Civil Code, while comparing this process with Hungary\u2019s longer path towards civil-law codification. Particular attention was given to the role of customary law and the influence of Swiss law on the development of both legal systems.\r\n\r\nThe two-day congress brought together high-level officials, legal experts, and academics from member and observer states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
