In parallel to the arbitration, we initiated court proceedings to obtain a declaration that the tribunal lacked jurisdiction and to prevent the continuation of the arbitral process.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The matter raised fundamental questions on the relationship between arbitral tribunals and state courts, and on the availability of negative declaratory relief to halt arbitration proceedings.
