Amb l'auge de l'economia de les dades, la import\u00e0ncia de la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial creix inexorablement. Aquesta tecnologia t\u00e9 un paper central en la recopilaci\u00f3 i an\u00e0lisi sistem\u00e0tiques de grans volums de dades. La UE ha preparat un esborrany de regulaci\u00f3 per a la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial. Segons aquesta proposta, els sistemes d'IA s'assignaran a quatre categories de risc. S'aplicaran requisits estrictes als sistemes d'IA l'\u00fas dels quals comporti un alt risc a causa de la seva proximitat a \u00e0rees especialment sensibles, com ara els drets fonamentals, la salut i la seguretat. L'objectiu de la futura regulaci\u00f3 \u00e9s trobar la \u201cf\u00f3rmula m\u00e0gica\u201d entre dos objectius reguladors: d'una banda, garantir que l'\u00fas de la tecnologia moderna no cre\u00ef un \u201cbuid legal\u201d, i d'altra banda, mantenir la competitivitat global de la UE. S'esperen m\u00e9s actes legislatius en aquest \u00e0mbit jur\u00eddic com a part del programa \u201cUna Europa apta per a l'era digital\u201d.
