Die Veranstaltung wird von der Universit\u00e4t Szeged organisiert, um die aktuellen Fragen des geistigen Eigentumsrechts zu diskutieren. Die zentralen Themen der Vortr\u00e4ge sind in diesem Jahr \u201aTechnologische Innovation und geistiges Eigentum\u2018 und \u201aHin zu einem einheitlicheren europ\u00e4ischen IP-Recht\u2018. Die beiden Hauptreferenten der Veranstaltung sind der Erste Generalanwalt Maciej Szpunar (Europ\u00e4ischer Gerichtshof) und Professor Estelle Derclaye (Universit\u00e4t Nottingham).
