Die Veranstaltung wird von der Universit\u00e4t Szeged organisiert, um aktuelle Fragen des Rechts des geistigen Eigentums zu er\u00f6rtern. In diesem Jahr stehen die Themen \u2018Technologische Innovation und geistiges Eigentum\u2019 sowie \u2018Auf dem Weg zu einem einheitlicheren europ\u00e4ischen Recht des geistigen Eigentums\u2019 im Mittelpunkt der Vortr\u00e4ge. Die beiden Hauptredner der Veranstaltung sind der Erste Generalanwalt Maciej Szpunar (Gerichtshof der Europ\u00e4ischen Union) und Professorin Estelle Derclaye (Universit\u00e4t Nottingham).
