Die Verordnung gilt generell f\u00fcr Vertriebssysteme und ausnahmsweise auch f\u00fcr Franchisesysteme. Es ist bereits absehbar, dass die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung zu einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Sensibilit\u00e4t in Datenschutzfragen f\u00fchren wird. Die Verordnung ist seit dem 25. Mai 2018 unmittelbar anwendbar. Sie sieht unter anderem umfassendere Sanktionsbefugnisse und eine st\u00e4rkere Stellung der Datenschutzbeh\u00f6rden vor und erlegt zudem umfangreichere Informationspflichten auf.
