Dennoch verh\u00e4ngte es keine Strafe, denn die Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr die Verh\u00e4ngung einer Jugendstrafe l\u00e4gen gegenw\u00e4rtig nicht vor. Der Angeklagte weise zwar sch\u00e4dliche Neigungen auf, aber es lasse sich nicht best\u00e4tigen, dass diese Neigungen eine Strafe erforderlich machen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Normal\">Der T\u00e4ter wurde nach Jugendstrafrecht behandelt, weil er nach seiner sittlichen und geistigen Entwicklung noch einem Jugendlichen gleichgestanden habe.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Normal\">Er betrieb ein WhatsApp Gruppe mit dem Namen \u201eAllahu Akbar\u201c, in der etwa 50 Teilnehmer waren.
