Business success depends not only on negotiations at the table, but also on the legal decisions made in the background. A poorly chosen contractual term or applicable law may carry significant risks and may even jeopardise the outcome of an otherwise promising transaction.
The aim of our webinar is to provide Hungarian businesses with practical, tangible guidance through real-life examples so that they can operate safely and consciously on the Austrian and German markets.
