5th WIPS – Szeged (Workshop on IP Law in Szeged)

The Institute of Comparative Law and Legal Theory of the University of Szeged will host the 5th annual WIPS – Workshop on Intellectual Property Rights in Szeged. The event is organised by the University of Szeged to discuss current issues in intellectual property law. This year’s central lecture topics are “Technological Innovation and Intellectual Property” and “Towards More Unified European IP Law”. The two keynote speakers of the event are First Advocate General Maciej Szpunar of the Court of Justice of the European Union and Professor Estelle Derclaye of the University of Nottingham. Our lawyers will also attend the workshop this year, as they did last year.
