En ella se examin\u00f3 la evoluci\u00f3n del pensamiento jur\u00eddico turco a partir del concepto centroasi\u00e1tico de\u00a0<em>T\u00f6re<\/em>\u00a0a la adopci\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo Civil suizo, al tiempo que se comparaba este proceso con el camino m\u00e1s largo recorrido por Hungr\u00eda hacia la codificaci\u00f3n del derecho civil. Se prest\u00f3 especial atenci\u00f3n al papel del derecho consuetudinario y a la influencia del derecho suizo en el desarrollo de ambos ordenamientos jur\u00eddicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El congreso, de dos d\u00edas de duraci\u00f3n, reuni\u00f3 a altos cargos, expertos jur\u00eddicos y acad\u00e9micos de los Estados miembros y observadores de la Organizaci\u00f3n de los Estados Turcos (OTS). It explored the development of Turkish legal thought from the Central Asian concept of T\u00f6re to the reception of the Swiss Civil Code, while comparing this process with Hungary\u2019s longer path towards civil-law codification. Particular attention was given to the role of customary law and the influence of Swiss law on the development of both legal systems.\r\n\r\nThe two-day congress brought together high-level officials, legal experts, and academics from member and observer states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
