Paralelamente al arbitraje, iniciamos un procedimiento judicial para obtener una resoluci\u00f3n que declarara la falta de competencia del tribunal y para impedir que continuara el proceso arbitral.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">El asunto plante\u00f3 cuestiones fundamentales sobre la relaci\u00f3n entre los tribunales arbitrales y los tribunales estatales, as\u00ed como sobre la posibilidad de obtener una resoluci\u00f3n declarativa negativa para detener el procedimiento de arbitraje.
