Con el auge de la econom\u00eda de los datos, la importancia de la inteligencia artificial crece de forma inexorable. Esta tecnolog\u00eda desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental en la recopilaci\u00f3n y el an\u00e1lisis sistem\u00e1ticos de grandes vol\u00famenes de datos. La UE ha elaborado un proyecto de reglamento para la regulaci\u00f3n de la IA. Seg\u00fan esta propuesta, los sistemas de IA se clasificar\u00e1n en cuatro categor\u00edas de riesgo. Se aplicar\u00e1n requisitos estrictos a los sistemas de IA cuyo uso implique un alto riesgo debido a su proximidad a \u00e1mbitos especialmente sensibles, como los derechos fundamentales, la salud y la seguridad. El objetivo del futuro reglamento es encontrar el \u201cjusto medio\u201d entre dos objetivos normativos: por un lado, garantizar que el uso de la tecnolog\u00eda moderna no cree un \u201cvac\u00edo legal\u201d y, por otro, mantener la competitividad global de la UE.
