Ya es previsible que el Reglamento de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos d\u00e9 lugar a una mayor sensibilidad en cuestiones relacionadas con la protecci\u00f3n de datos. El Reglamento es directamente aplicable desde el 25 de mayo de 2018. Entre otras cosas, establece mayores competencias sancionadoras y refuerza la posici\u00f3n de las autoridades de protecci\u00f3n de datos, adem\u00e1s de imponer obligaciones de informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplias.
