Az el\u0151ad\u00e1s \u00f6sszehasonl\u00edt\u00f3 t\u00f6rt\u00e9neti szemsz\u00f6gb\u0151l vizsg\u00e1lta a t\u00f6r\u00f6k \u00e9s a magyar polg\u00e1ri jog kodifik\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1t. Felt\u00e1rta a t\u00f6r\u00f6k jogi gondolkod\u00e1s fejl\u0151d\u00e9s\u00e9t a k\u00f6z\u00e9p-\u00e1zsiai koncepci\u00f3t\u00f3l kiindulva\u00a0T\u00f6re<\/em>\u00a0a sv\u00e1jci polg\u00e1ri t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyk\u00f6nyv bevezet\u00e9s\u00e9nek folyamat\u00e1ra, mik\u00f6zben ezt a folyamatot \u00f6sszehasonl\u00edtottuk Magyarorsz\u00e1g hosszabb \u00fatj\u00e1val a polg\u00e1ri jogi k\u00f3dexalkot\u00e1s fel\u00e9. K\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6s figyelmet ford\u00edtottunk a szok\u00e1sjog szerep\u00e9re \u00e9s a sv\u00e1jci jog hat\u00e1s\u00e1ra mindk\u00e9t jogrendszer fejl\u0151d\u00e9s\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n

A k\u00e9tnapos kongresszuson a T\u00f6r\u00f6k \u00c1llamok Szervezete (OTS) tag- \u00e9s megfigyel\u0151\u00e1llamainak magas rang\u00fa tisztvisel\u0151i, jogi szak\u00e9rt\u0151i \u00e9s tud\u00f3sai vettek r\u00e9szt. A megbesz\u00e9l\u00e9sek k\u00f6z\u00e9ppontj\u00e1ban a t\u00f6r\u00f6k \u00e1llamok k\u00f6z\u00f6tti jogi egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s meger\u0151s\u00edt\u00e9se, valamint a k\u00f6z\u00f6s \u00e9rt\u00e9keken \u00e9s a k\u00f6lcs\u00f6n\u00f6s bizalmon alapul\u00f3 k\u00f6z\u00f6s jogi keret kialak\u00edt\u00e1sa \u00e1llt.<\/p>\n

It explored the development of Turkish legal thought from the Central Asian concept of T\u00f6re to the reception of the Swiss Civil Code, while comparing this process with Hungary\u2019s longer path towards civil-law codification. Particular attention was given to the role of customary law and the influence of Swiss law on the development of both legal systems.\r\n\r\nThe two-day congress brought together high-level officials, legal experts, and academics from member and observer states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
