Ez bonyolult nemzetk\u00f6zi mag\u00e1njogi k\u00e9rd\u00e9seket vetett fel, valamint a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 jogrendszerek k\u00f6z\u00f6tti k\u00f6lcs\u00f6nhat\u00e1st egy t\u00f6bb joghat\u00f3s\u00e1gra kiterjed\u0151 kereskedelmi jogvit\u00e1ban.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az \u00fcgyet budapesti irod\u00e1nkban Peter Taller kezelte, \u00e9s ehhez \u00f6sszehangol\u00e1sra volt sz\u00fcks\u00e9g egy p\u00e1rhuzamosan foly\u00f3, kijevi kereskedelmi b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g el\u0151tti elj\u00e1r\u00e1ssal, amit az elj\u00e1r\u00e1s teljes ideje alatt figyelembe kellett venni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00edtett\u00fcnk az \u00fcgyf\u00e9lnek a k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi jogi szab\u00e1lyok elemz\u00e9s\u00e9ben \u00e9s a magyar b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gok el\u0151tti bemutat\u00e1s\u00e1ban, valamint az \u00fcgy jogi \u00e9s nyelvi vonatkoz\u00e1sainak \u00f6sszehangol\u00e1s\u00e1ban.
