B\u00e1r az UAE az elm\u00falt \u00e9vekben a v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1s szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l kedvez\u0151 joghat\u00f3s\u00e1gg\u00e1 v\u00e1lt, a v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1s tov\u00e1bbra is l\u00e9nyegileg \u00e9s szigor\u00faan szelekt\u00edv.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    Sz\u00e1mos olyan joger\u0151s \u00edt\u00e9let l\u00e9tezik, amelyet az Egyes\u00fclt Arab Em\u00edrs\u00e9gek b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gai nem hajtanak v\u00e9gre, vagy csak jelent\u0151sen korl\u00e1tozott m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben hajtanak v\u00e9gre.\n  <\/p>\n<h2>Mi az, amit az Egyes\u00fclt Arab Em\u00edrs\u00e9gekben nem lehet v\u00e9grehajtani, m\u00e9g akkor sem, ha az joger\u0151s \u00e9s k\u00f6telez\u0151 \u00e9rv\u00e9ny\u0171?<\/h2>\n<h3>1. A k\u00f6zrenddel vagy a j\u00f3 erk\u00f6lcs\u00f6kkel ellent\u00e9tes hat\u00e1rozatok<\/h3>\n<p>\n    Az Egyes\u00fclt Arab Em\u00edrs\u00e9gek k\u00f6zrendj\u00e9vel vagy erk\u00f6lcsi norm\u00e1ival ellent\u00e9tes d\u00f6nt\u00e9sek nem hajthat\u00f3k v\u00e9gre, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen amennyiben azok a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151kre vonatkoznak:\n  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>szerencsej\u00e1t\u00e9k,<\/li>\n<li>pornogr\u00e1fia,<\/li>\n<li>h\u00e1zass\u00e1gon k\u00edv\u00fcli egy\u00fctt\u00e9l\u00e9s vagy szexu\u00e1lis viselked\u00e9s,<\/li>\n<li>olyan k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9gek, amelyek ny\u00edltan ellent\u00e9tesek az iszl\u00e1m alapelveivel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    Ez a v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1s abszol\u00fat akad\u00e1ly\u00e1t jelenti.\n  <\/p>\n<h3>2. Kamatot tartalmaz\u00f3 \u00edt\u00e9letek (teljes eg\u00e9sz\u00e9ben vagy r\u00e9szben)<\/h3>\n<p>\n    Az Egyes\u00fclt Arab Em\u00edrs\u00e9gek nem tiltja automatikusan a kamatot, azonban az al\u00e1bbiak nem \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edthet\u0151k:\n  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>uzsor\u00e1s,<\/li>\n<li>b\u00fcntet\u0151jogi jelleg\u0171,<\/li>\n<li>vagy a sar\u00eda el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sainak nem megfelel\u0151 kamatsz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00e1sok.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    Gyakori, hogy a v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1s csak a f\u0151k\u00f6vetel\u00e9s tekintet\u00e9ben megengedett, a kamatr\u00e9sz pedig kiz\u00e1r\u00e1sra ker\u00fcl.\n  <\/p>\n<h3>3. B\u00fcntet\u0151 jelleg\u0171 k\u00e1rt\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>\n    Az Egyes\u00fclt Arab Em\u00edrs\u00e9gek jog\u00e1ban a b\u00fcntet\u0151 jelleg\u0171 k\u00e1rt\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9s fogalma ismeretlen. Ennek megfelel\u0151en:\n  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A common law jogrendszerekben meg\u00edt\u00e9lt elrettent\u0151 vagy p\u00e9ldamutat\u00f3 jelleg\u0171 k\u00e1rt\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9si \u00f6sszegek nem v\u00e9grehajthat\u00f3k. Csak a bizony\u00edtott, t\u00e9nyleges k\u00e1r vehet\u0151 figyelembe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. A csal\u00e1djogi hat\u00e1rozatok egyes elemei<\/h3>\n<p>\n    \u00c1ltal\u00e1ban a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151k nem tartoznak ide:\n  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>az azonos nem\u0171ek h\u00e1zass\u00e1g\u00e1nak elismer\u00e9se,<\/li>\n<li>az iszl\u00e1m jogi elvekkel ellent\u00e9tes gyermekelhelyez\u00e9si vagy vall\u00e1si nevel\u00e9sre vonatkoz\u00f3 rendelkez\u00e9sek,<\/li>\n<li>a szem\u00e9lyi jog\u00e1ll\u00e1sra vonatkoz\u00f3 k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi hat\u00e1rozatok.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    Ilyen esetekben a b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g saj\u00e1t, f\u00fcggetlen \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9st alkalmaz.\n  <\/p>\n<h3>5. Az Egyes\u00fclt Arab Em\u00edrs\u00e9gek kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lagos joghat\u00f3s\u00e1ga al\u00e1 tartoz\u00f3 \u00fcgyek<\/h3>\n<p>\n    K\u00fclf\u00f6ldi \u00edt\u00e9let nem hajthat\u00f3 v\u00e9gre, ha az \u00fcgy a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151kre vonatkozik:\n  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>az Egyes\u00fclt Arab Em\u00edrs\u00e9gekben tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 ingatlan,<\/li>\n<li>helyi munkaviszonyok,<\/li>\n<li>helyi kereskedelmi \u00fcgyn\u00f6ks\u00e9gekkel kapcsolatos \u00fcgyek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    Ilyen \u00fcgyekben az Egyes\u00fclt Arab Em\u00edrs\u00e9gek b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gai rendelkeznek kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lagos joghat\u00f3s\u00e1ggal.\n  <\/p>\n<h3>6.
