Az \u00faj Br\u00fcsszel Ia rendelet a j\u00f6v\u0151ben nemcsak megk\u00f6nny\u00edti a v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1st Eur\u00f3p\u00e1n bel\u00fcl, hanem jelent\u0151sen meger\u0151s\u00edti a joghat\u00f3s\u00e1gi meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1sok hat\u00e1ly\u00e1t is.<\/p>\n<p>A hitelez\u0151k mostant\u00f3l el\u0151sz\u00f6r m\u00e1s tag\u00e1llamban is v\u00e9grehajthatj\u00e1k \u00edt\u00e9leteiket an\u00e9lk\u00fcl, hogy el\u0151zetesen v\u00e9grehajthat\u00f3s\u00e1gi nyilatkozatot kellene k\u00e9rni\u00fck. A reform el\u0151tt a hitelez\u0151knek el\u0151sz\u00f6r a k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz vagy v\u00e9grehajt\u00f3 hat\u00f3s\u00e1gokhoz kellett fordulniuk, amelyek mindegyike saj\u00e1t elj\u00e1r\u00e1ssal rendelkezett (a Br\u00fcsszel I. rendelet 38. cikke). 2015. janu\u00e1r 10-t\u0151l ez az elj\u00e1r\u00e1s m\u00e1r nem lesz \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes. A rendelet \u00faj 39. cikke \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben b\u00e1rmely tag\u00e1llam b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1ga \u00e1ltal hozott joger\u0151s \u00edt\u00e9let minden m\u00e1s tag\u00e1llamban v\u00e9grehajthat\u00f3. A j\u00f6v\u0151ben teh\u00e1t a hitelez\u0151k gyorsabban \u00e9s alacsonyabb k\u00f6lts\u00e9gekkel hajthatj\u00e1k v\u00e9gre k\u00f6vetel\u00e9seiket az EU-n bel\u00fcl.<\/p>\n<p>Az \u00fagynevezett torped\u00f3akci\u00f3k alapja megsz\u0171nt<br \/>\nA peres strat\u00e9gia szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171leg a legjelent\u0151sebb \u00faj\u00edt\u00e1s az a szab\u00e1ly, amelynek \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben az \u00fagynevezett \u201ctorped\u00f3-keresetek\u201d t\u00f6bb\u00e9 nem fogj\u00e1k tudni megakad\u00e1lyozni az elj\u00e1r\u00e1s lefolytat\u00e1s\u00e1t. A \u201ctorped\u00f3-keresetek\u201d olyan, a joghat\u00f3s\u00e1gi meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1ssal ellent\u00e9tes, sz\u00e1nd\u00e9kosan ind\u00edtott keresetek, amelyeket olyan lassan m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151, illet\u00e9ktelen b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gok el\u0151tt ny\u00fajtanak be, amelyeknek nincs joghat\u00f3s\u00e1ga az \u00fcgyben, azzal a c\u00e9llal, hogy k\u00e9sleltess\u00e9k az illet\u00e9kes b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g \u00e9rdemi d\u00f6nt\u00e9s\u00e9t.
