Korm. rendelet \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben rendk\u00edv\u00fcli \u00edt\u00e9lkez\u00e9si sz\u00fcnetet rendelt el.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Ennek \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben a magyar b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gok nem tartanak el\u0151k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u0151 \u00fcl\u00e9st, t\u00e1rgyal\u00e1st \u00e9s nyilv\u00e1nos \u00fcl\u00e9st. Ez nemcsak a polg\u00e1ri, de m\u00e1s \u00fcgyszakokra is vonatkozik.<\/p>\n<p>A \u201enorm\u00e1l\u201d ny\u00e1ri \u00edt\u00e9lkez\u00e9si sz\u00fcnettel ellent\u00e9tben azonban a hat\u00e1rid\u0151k el\u0151rel\u00e1that\u00f3lag tov\u00e1bbra is folynak.<\/p>\n<p>A szem\u00e9lyes jelenl\u00e9tet ig\u00e9nyl\u0151 halaszthatatlan elj\u00e1r\u00e1si cselekm\u00e9nyeket (pl. d\u00f6nt\u00e9s letart\u00f3ztat\u00e1sr\u00f3l) lehet\u0151s\u00e9g szerint t\u00e1vmeghallgat\u00e1ssal kell lefolytatni.<\/p>\n<p>Ezen jegyz\u0151k\u00f6nyv \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A t\u00e1rgyal\u00f3teremben jelen l\u00e9v\u0151 szem\u00e9lyeknek legal\u00e1bb k\u00e9t m\u00e9teres t\u00e1vols\u00e1got kellett tartaniuk egym\u00e1st\u00f3l.<\/li>\n<li>A b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gnak meg kellett k\u00e9rdeznie az \u00f6sszes r\u00e9sztvev\u0151t, hogy az elm\u00falt tizenn\u00e9gy napon bel\u00fcl j\u00e1rtak-e valamelyik \u00e9rintett ter\u00fcleten.<\/li>\n<li>A b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gnak azt is meg kellett \u00e1llap\u00edtania, hogy voltak-e kapcsolatban fert\u0151z\u00f6tt szem\u00e9llyel, vagy olyan szem\u00e9llyel, aki kapcsolatba ker\u00fclt egy fert\u0151z\u00f6tt szem\u00e9llyel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Amennyiben val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171nek t\u0171nik, hogy a t\u00e1rgyal\u00f3teremben fert\u0151z\u00f6tt szem\u00e9ly tart\u00f3zkodik, a b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g felf\u00fcggesztheti a t\u00e1rgyal\u00e1st, az \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9lyt elk\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00edtett helyis\u00e9gbe ir\u00e1ny\u00edthatja, \u00e9s halad\u00e9ktalanul \u00e9rtes\u00edtheti az illet\u00e9kes hat\u00f3s\u00e1got.<\/p>\n<p>A b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g emellett nyilv\u00e1ntart\u00e1sba venn\u00e9 az \u00f6sszes jelen l\u00e9v\u0151 szem\u00e9ly szem\u00e9lyazonoss\u00e1g\u00e1t \u00e9s el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9gi adatait, \u00e9s ezeket az inform\u00e1ci\u00f3kat tov\u00e1bb\u00edtan\u00e1 az illet\u00e9kes hat\u00f3s\u00e1gnak.<\/p>\n<p>A s\u00fcrg\u0151s elj\u00e1r\u00e1si int\u00e9zked\u00e9sekre id\u00e9zett felek mellett kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag az al\u00e1bbi szem\u00e9lyek l\u00e9phettek be a b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gi \u00e9p\u00fcletekbe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hivatalos feladataikat ell\u00e1t\u00f3 b\u00edr\u00e1k;<\/li>\n<li>hivatalos feladatokat ell\u00e1t\u00f3 igazs\u00e1gszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1si alkalmazottak; valamint<\/li>\n<li>A b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gok m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9hez kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 feladatokat ell\u00e1t\u00f3 egy\u00e9b szem\u00e9lyek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gi hivatalokat arra utas\u00edtott\u00e1k, hogy t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1si \u00e9s seg\u00edts\u00e9gny\u00fajt\u00e1si k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9geiket elektronikus \u00faton vagy t\u00e1vk\u00f6zl\u00e9si eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k\u00f6n kereszt\u00fcl teljes\u00edts\u00e9k. A Nemzeti Igazs\u00e1gszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1si Hivatal eln\u00f6k\u00e9nek hat\u00e1rozata \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben (<em>OBH<\/em>), a magyar b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gokon minden szem\u00e9lyes \u00fcgyf\u00e9lszolg\u00e1latot felf\u00fcggesztettek.<\/p>\n<p>Az irod\u00e1nk \u00e1ltal kezelt \u00fcgyekben t\u00e1j\u00e9koztattuk, illetve jelenleg is t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatjuk a b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gokat arr\u00f3l, hogy videokonferencia-rendszeren kereszt\u00fcl tov\u00e1bbra is el\u00e9rhet\u0151ek vagyunk. Mindazon\u00e1ltal val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171, hogy a folyamatban l\u00e9v\u0151 \u00fcgyekben minden t\u00e1rgyal\u00e1st automatikusan elnapolnak.<\/p>\n<p>Hamarosan tov\u00e1bbi
