Ennek \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben a magyar b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gok nem tartanak el\u0151k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u0151 \u00fcl\u00e9st, t\u00e1rgyal\u00e1st \u00e9s nyilv\u00e1nos \u00fcl\u00e9st. Ez nemcsak a polg\u00e1ri, de m\u00e1s \u00fcgyszakokra is vonatkozik.<\/p>\n
A \u201enorm\u00e1l\u201d ny\u00e1ri \u00edt\u00e9lkez\u00e9si sz\u00fcnettel ellent\u00e9tben azonban a hat\u00e1rid\u0151k el\u0151rel\u00e1that\u00f3lag tov\u00e1bbra is folynak.<\/p>\n
A szem\u00e9lyes jelenl\u00e9tet ig\u00e9nyl\u0151 halaszthatatlan elj\u00e1r\u00e1si cselekm\u00e9nyeket (pl. d\u00f6nt\u00e9s letart\u00f3ztat\u00e1sr\u00f3l) lehet\u0151s\u00e9g szerint t\u00e1vmeghallgat\u00e1ssal kell lefolytatni.<\/p>\n
Under this protocol:<\/p>\n
If it appeared likely that an infected individual was present in the courtroom, the court could suspend the hearing, direct the affected person to an isolated room, and immediately notify the competent authority.<\/p>\n
The court would also record the identities and contact details of all persons present and provide that information to the relevant authority.<\/p>\n
Apart from parties summoned to attend urgent procedural actions, only the following persons were permitted to enter court buildings:<\/p>\n
Court offices were instructed to fulfil their information and assistance obligations by electronic means or through telecommunications. Pursuant to a decision of the President of the National Office for the Judiciary (OBH<\/em>), all in-person client services at Hungarian courts were suspended.<\/p>\n In matters handled by our firm, we have informed, or are informing, the courts that we remain available through video conferencing facilities.
