For that reason, rollover implementation is typically planned as part of the wider closing strategy rather than as a separate exercise.<\/p>\n Transaction Management: Preventing Last-Minute Delays<\/strong><\/p>\n Experienced deal teams focus on identifying implementation requirements early, tracking approvals and deliverables, monitoring dependencies between workstreams, and ensuring that every action required for completion is ready before closing begins.<\/p>\n As with many aspects of M&A, the objective is not to solve problems at the last minute, but to ensure they never become urgent in the first place.<\/p>\n A Rollover Is an Execution Workstream<\/strong><\/p>\n Business owners often view rollovers through a commercial lens. From a transaction perspective, however, a rollover is primarily an implementation exercise.
