(XI. 3.) korm\u00e1nyrendelet \u00faj hirdet\u00e9si k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyeket vezet be, \u00e9s tiszt\u00e1zza az ingatlan\u00fcgyn\u00f6k\u00f6k felel\u0151ss\u00e9g\u00e9t. \u00cdme, amit v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1s\u00e1nak tudnia kell.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Normal\">A hitelint\u00e9zeteknek a Wekerle Plusz lak\u00e1shitelekre vonatkoz\u00f3 hirdet\u00e9seikben az al\u00e1bbi nyilatkozatot kell felt\u00fcntetni\u00fck:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Normal\">\u201cA hirdetett lak\u00e1shitelhez kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 t\u00e1mogat\u00e1sokat a Magyar Korm\u00e1ny biztos\u00edtja.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Normal\">Az ingatlan\u00fcgyn\u00f6ks\u00e9geknek \u00e9s az online ingatlanhirdet\u00e9si platformoknak felt\u00fcntetni\u00fck kell a program log\u00f3j\u00e1t, amikor egy ingatlant \u00fagy hirdetnek, hogy az megfelel a Wekerle Plusz jogosults\u00e1gi felt\u00e9teleinek. Ez a k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi m\u00e9di\u00e1ban megjelen\u0151 prom\u00f3ci\u00f3kra is vonatkozik.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Normal\">A k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9ny kiterjed azokra a v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sokra is, amelyek a TE\u00c1OR\u201925 6831-es k\u00f3dja alatt ingatlan\u00fcgyn\u00f6ki tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9get folytatnak.
