Ezek a k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyek azt jelentik, hogy a kiv\u00e1lasztott c\u00e9gn\u00e9vnek:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>megk\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6ztethet\u0151 legyen a Magyarorsz\u00e1gon bejegyzett egy\u00e9b t\u00e1rsas\u00e1gok neveit\u0151l, azaz egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171en megk\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6ztethet\u0151nek \u00e9s azonos\u00edthat\u00f3nak kell lennie;<\/li>\n<li>nem kelthet hamis vagy f\u00e9lrevezet\u0151 benyom\u00e1st a val\u00f3s\u00e1gr\u00f3l, vagyis a c\u00e9gn\u00e9v nem lehet megt\u00e9veszt\u0151; \u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>a megk\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6ztet\u0151 elem (a n\u00e9v elej\u00e9n \u00e1ll\u00f3 vezet\u0151 sz\u00f3, amely els\u0151dleges azonos\u00edt\u00f3k\u00e9nt szolg\u00e1l, \u00e9s megk\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6zteti a v\u00e1llalatot a hasonl\u00f3 tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9get folytat\u00f3 egy\u00e9b v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sokt\u00f3l) kiv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag magyar nyelv\u0171 szavakat tartalmaznak.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ezt k\u00f6vet\u0151en a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1gnak sz\u00e9khellyel kell rendelkeznie.
