Bu oturumda, yapay zeka tabanl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlere ili\u015fkin sorumlulu\u011fu d\u00fczenleyen ve s\u00fcrekli geli\u015fmekte olan Avrupa yasal \u00e7er\u00e7evesi ele al\u0131nacak; bu ba\u011flamda, \u00f6zellikle revize edilmi\u015f \u00dcr\u00fcn Sorumlulu\u011fu Direktifi (AB) 2024\/2853 \u00fczerinde durulacakt\u0131r. Bu etkinlik, yapay zeka ve teknolojik yeniliklerden kaynaklanan hukuki zorluklar, \u00f6zellikle de geleneksel \u00fcr\u00fcn sorumlulu\u011fu ilkelerinin giderek daha \u00f6zerk ve karma\u015f\u0131k hale gelen dijital \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle kesi\u015fti\u011fi noktalarda, bu konular hakk\u0131nda akademik bir tart\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 sunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n
