Bu talep \u00fczerine bir hakk\u0131n kurulmas\u0131, de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi veya sona ermesi ta\u015f\u0131nmaz ve m\u00fclkiyet kay\u0131tlar\u0131na tescil edilebilir. Genel kural olarak yaln\u0131zca ba\u015fvuruda belirtilen hak tescil edilebilir.
