Bu kapsamda Avusturya Karayollar\u0131 Trafik Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nin 99a ve 99b maddeleri birbirinden ayr\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.\n99a maddesi uyar\u0131nca trafik denetim g\u00f6revlileri, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn h\u0131z s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 yerle\u015fim yerlerinde 60 km\/sa\u2019ten, yerle\u015fim yerleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ise 70 km\/sa\u2019ten fazla a\u015fmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde araca ge\u00e7ici olarak el koyabilir.\nBir sonraki a\u015famada s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc hakk\u0131nda m\u00fcsadere s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015flat\u0131l\u0131p ba\u015flat\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131na b\u00f6lge idari makam\u0131 karar verir. 99b maddesi uyar\u0131nca ise yetkili makam, idari bir kararla arac\u0131n m\u00fcsadere amac\u0131yla muhafaza alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131na karar vermelidir.
