Nürnberg, 24.–27. Juli 2019

Veranstaltet von der Internationale Akademie für die Nürnberger Prinzipien und die Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Nürnberg-Erlangen in Nürnberg wird erneut einen Moot Court zum Thema internationale strafrechtliche Verantwortlichkeit ausrichten. Die führenden Universitäten aus fünf Kontinenten werden ihre Fälle in den Gerichtssälen des Oberlandesgerichts Nürnberg verhandeln.

Der Höhepunkt der Veranstaltung wird die Schlussrunde sein, die im Gerichtssaal Nr. 600 verhandelt wird – jenem Saal, in dem bedeutende Mordprozesse vor einem Geschworenengericht stattfinden, aber vor allem auch jenem Saal, in dem die Nazi-Kriegsverbrecher während des Nürnberger Prozesses vor Gericht standen.
