Civil Claim Against the Russian Federation for War Damage to a Ukrainian Industrial Asset

We represented a Ukrainian private investor in civil proceedings before a court in an EU jurisdiction concerning the destruction of an industrial facility during the armed conflict between Ukraine and the Russian Federation. The factory was located in territory that is now under Ukrainian control, and the claim concerned military action attributed to the Russian Federation.
