The Third Turkic World Summer Forum

Ömer Batuhan Dogan, Associate at NZP NAGY LEGAL, participated in the Third Turkic World Summer Forum, a 10-day programme organised by Ibn Haldun University in collaboration with the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

The Forum brought together experts, scholars, diplomats, business leaders, and policymakers from across the Turkic World. Through lectures, debates, simulations, workshops, and panel discussions, the programme addressed a broad range of issues of strategic importance to the region and promoted academic and intercultural exchange among participants.

The Forum was honoured by the participation of H.E. Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the OTS, and H.E. Nuru Guliyev, Deputy Secretary General of the OTS, who attended as Guests of Honour and delivered keynote addresses. The programme also featured Mr. Elchin Ibadov, CEO of SOCAR Türkiye, who shared perspectives on the energy sector and its strategic role in the development of the Turkic World.

The Forum contributed to academic exchange, intercultural dialogue, and regional cooperation, while supporting the objectives of Turkic World Vision 2040 and a shared vision for the future of the Turkic World.
