After many years of lecturing at universities, bar associations, the German Lawyers’ Institute, foreign chambers of commerce and industry, and other professional training institutions, establishing our own NZP Legal Academy was a natural next step.

Tailored to the specific needs of your company and drawing on extensive lecturing and practical experience, we train and sensitise your employees in purchasing, sales and distribution to the key legal principles and particularities required for the legally secure handling of transactions, including with foreign contractual partners. Our training covers areas such as general terms and conditions, distribution law, commercial law, commercial agency law — both nationally and internationally — the CISG, INCOTERMS 2020, ICC documentary credits under UCP 600, letters of credit as a recognised payment instrument in international trade, GmbH law, managing director liability, insolvency law and corporate law. Depending on your preference, the training can be held online, in person or in a hybrid format.

We offer recognised specialist lawyer continuing education pursuant to section 15 FAO for attorneys in the fields of international business law and commercial and corporate law, with 5.0 hours each, in online, in-person or hybrid seminar formats.
