Assessing Patent Protection for a Next-Generation Adult Entertainment Experience

On behalf of a European company active in the adult entertainment sector, we assessed the patentability of an innovative digital platform combining filmed content with interactive user decision-making. The project examined whether the technical implementation and underlying interaction model could qualify for patent protection and considered alternative intellectual property strategies where appropriate.

The engagement required analysis of software-related inventions, digital content innovation, and the legal challenges associated with protecting emerging forms of interactive entertainment.
